Membership Options
Our Tennis and Padel membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March.
Membership fees are payable annually by debit or credit card online via our website.
Separate fees apply for Tennis and Padel. 

Please note there is currently a waiting list for padel members aged 19 & over. Please email us at membership@reigateltc.org.uk to be added to the list.

Looking to join part way through our membership year?
We do not pro- rate any membership options, as it all gets a bit messy & too time-consuming for our lovely volunteers!

Instead we have two special offers. In the autumn, from September we offer 50% off tennis memberships and in the winter, as we know it's cold, from January we offer up to 15 months for the price of 12 months early bird tennis membership - currently applicable for our 26/27 tennis season to 31st March 2027.

Our renewing tennis members also benefit from an “early-bird” discount if their subscriptions are paid by 31st March.

Please note refunds are not normally given, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Benefits for Tennis members

• We have 8 floodlit all-weather courts (5 artificial clay and 3 poraflex acrylic)
• You can book courts for free up to a week in advance via ClubSpark, our court booking system
• We have a great coaching programme for adults and juniors through Reigate Tennis Academy, led by our professional coach and GB player, James Smith, ranging from one-to-one private lessons to group coaching
• On the competitive side, we have over 20 adult teams playing in various leagues. Adult membership includes match fees, league entry fees (except our Wednesday Ladies Midweek Tennis) and match balls for our team players, who also have dedicated practice sessions
• Join in two tournaments a year. A standard knockout Club tournament, followed by our Handicap tournament (if you can work out the scoring!)
• Use of our brand new ball machine (for a small fee and after a training session)  
• Opt in and you can be eligible for the LTA Advantage Wimbledon ballot 
• Access to our clubhouse for bar facilities; social events and our popular social supper on a Thursday night

Social Tennis Sessions

• Club session social doubles on Monday and Thursday evenings. 90 minutes match play with a range of start times in pre-arranged and balanced 4’s. Monday night is open to players of all abilities and especially welcomes Rusty Rackets and Improvers, as well as Beginners who can start with our Monday night group coaching sessions. Thursday night is also open to all abilities but attracts many of our stronger players.
• There are two other club sessions during the day, on a Tuesday and Thursday morning.
• Sunday afternoon social mix-in at the start of the month between April and September.
• Men’s and Ladies Match practice, at various times, if you are feeling competitive.
• Box leagues for both singles and doubles are organised throughout the year.
• Group coaching sessions. Skills training on a Tuesday & Wednesday evening (by invitation) and if you are feeling fit, Cardio Tennis, on a Saturday morning. Coaching fees are payable direct to the Coach, for each session.
• In the summer (April to July), free of charge group coaching on Monday evenings for beginners (6.30-7.30pm) and skills & drills for improvers (7.30-8.30pm). This coaching then restarts a in September, for beginners, with a small coaching fee.

Junior Tennis Membership
Our Junior Membership gives children the chance to play tennis regularly, make friends, and enjoy being part of a lively junior community all year round.

• Court access: Juniors are welcome to play on any free courts, and courts 3 and 4 are reserved for juniors in afternoons of school holidays. Over 13s can be given court booking rights on parent request and subject to club approval. • Squad coaching available through Reigate Tennis Academy (view timetable)• Friday Junior Club Nights (term time):• Summer: Fun, informal tennis sessions – ages 5–9 (5–6pm), ages 10+ (6–7pm).• Winter: Organised matchplay evenings (5–7pm) with coaching support, umpires and medals. Optional junior dinner served afterwards, a great chance to socialise off court.• Be part of one of our 15 junior teams, competing in the Surrey Youth League (summer) and Surrey Junior Team Trophy (winter). All match fees, league entry and balls included.• Opportunities to compete in internal tournaments, open tournaments, Play Your Way to Wimbledon, and friendly matches with neighbouring clubs.• Volunteering opportunities to support coaching or complete Duke of Edinburgh awards.• Discounts on summer and holiday camps.

Padel Membership
Want to play padel - the fastest growing sport in the UK?

It's easy to learn, highly addictive, great for fitness, and a real brain booster. Padel uses the same scoring system as tennis but is played on courts around a third smaller, making it fast-paced, social, and accessible for all abilities.

Due to high demand, there is currently a wait list in operation.

Junior membership (ages 11-18) is still available

Benefits for Padel members

• No additional costs to use our two padel courts
• Two padel courts open to padel members from 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 5pm Sunday and Bank Holidays.
• Online court booking system via ClubSpark
• 1-hour booking slots (on the hour)
• WhatsApp Padel community - Padel News; Find me a Player; Social Mix-in and Padel members chat 
• Coaching clinics twice a month by a visiting Padel coach, Lisa Phillips, who is a #2 GB team player.

Social Padel Sessions

• Two social mix-in sessions. On Wednesday - Conditioned Games 2-4pm and on Saturday - Golden Games 1-4pm. Just turn up, put your name on the board and we organise your games.
• Padel championships & Box leagues
• Padel Box League starts 1st September - Weekdays and Weekend Doubles leagues

Social Membership
At just £30 per year, social membership gives you full access to our clubhouse, where you can enjoy a drink, watch a game on TV, play table tennis or enjoy a delicious Thursday night supper. This also provides access to the club’s social events throughout the year.

Guest Fees
Guests are very welcome at Reigate LTC ! As a member you may bring a guest to play with you.

Tennis Guests
Tennis guests may visit the club a maximum of 3 times in any tennis year. The fee is £5 for adults or £2 per child.

Padel Guests
Only one guest per member is permitted. Each guest is allowed a maximum of 3 visits a year. The fee for adults or juniors is £10 per adult or junior.
Payment is via our online shop. Please log into your account on the club website and go to the Shop to pay the fee before playing. The guest's name and mobile number must be included in the booking details on payment.
