After the AGM, it's the return of the much-anticipated Christmas canapé competition! We hope you can stay and join us for a glass of mulled wine whilst contributing to and sampling the entries.

Whether your expertise lies in elegantly balanced flavour profiles or simply piling delicious things onto crackers, we want to see (and taste!) your creations. Bring along a plate of your finest canapés to share, show off, and be judged very seriously by last year’s reigning canapé champion and our own Head Coach, James Smith. Yes, the man who once balanced a smoked salmon rosette with the same precision as a perfect drop shot will be casting his expert eye (and tastebuds) over your offerings.

We’re looking for:

Creativity

Deliciousness

Presentation (bonus points if it looks like it belongs on the front cover of Waitrose Food)

And… no soggy bottoms.

The winner will be awarded a suitably festive prize, plus everlasting glory and bragging rights until 2026.

So don your aprons, channel your inner Nigella, and remember: size may be small, but ambition should be huge.

We can't wait to taste what you bring!

PS The kitchen will not be available for members, so please make sure your canapes are just as delicious served cold!
