On joining, you will have been set up on ClubSpark, the LTA system that we use to book tennis and padel courts.

If you didn’t activate the link wihtin 30 days, your link will have expired and you will need to contact Heather to request a new one on heather@willowlea.co.uk

The app associated with the booking system is called “Booker”

How to Book a Court with the Booker App
1. Download the app
* Search ClubSpark Booker in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. Log in
* Use your existing ClubSpark / LTA login. NOTE: The LTA login requires a USERNAME to log in, NOT your email address
* If you don’t have one, create an account.
3. Choose your venue
* Tap Book A Court
* Select your club from My Clubs or search in All Clubs
4. Pick a court & time
* Choose the date, court, and time slot you want.
* Select the duration (120 mins max for a tennis court; 60 mins max for a padel court, starting on the hour).
5. Confirm booking
* Review your booking.
* Tap Confirm.
* You’ll see it in your Upcoming Bookings and get a confirmation email.
6. Cancel (if needed)
* Go to Upcoming → select your booking → tap Cancel Booking.
* Confirm, and it will free up the slot for others.
