We are therefore reaching out to our members seeking to hear from anyone who is interested in becoming our new Secretary.

• The duties of the Secretary are wide-ranging and include the following:
• Arranging and minuting Committee meetings (broadly once a month)
• Contributing to Committee discussions and decisions
• Arranging and minuting the AGM, including compiling the Club's annual report
• Overseeing the Club's annual registration process with the LTA
• Carrying out general secretarial work, including dealing with the receipt of email and postal correspondence
